4 pb toast. chicken.carrots celery hummus.crackers chz.wine.
still top heavy with lots o eating in the evening. ow pretty good
209.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
