1655 kcal Fat: 82.51g | Prot: 124.21g | Carb: 119.31g.   Breakfast: coffee, 1/2 cup Dole pineapple crushed, 1% milk, whey protein powder. Lunch: oscar meyer deli fresh honey ham, natures own whole wheat bread, egg,  green salad, golding farms salad dressing, green pepper, cucumber. Dinner: diet pepsi, 2 slices whole wheat bread, fried ocean perch fish, canned string beans. Snacks/Other: 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz block cheese, 1 oz shelled walnuts. more...
