I have to say I am a little dispointed in only losing 3 lbs this past week. I have been strict on the calorie counts and loggin EVERYTHING in. I did have one night where I did go all out and yet still stayed under 1500 calories...but my goal is 1200 for three weeks, so that might have been the problem. Here we go again...one more week. Lets hope I can lose more!

Perhaps you are disappointed but take heart - you are already 40% there in a little over 2 weeks! I have yet to weigh myself since my 'start weight', when I do, it will be 2 weeks and trust me, if I am 40% of the way there I will be over the moon!
