The leaf turned Sunday - last night I worked out - basically did the first 6 exercises from Ab Ripper X (P90x) - in 6 segments. It's a similar format to warrior xfit - just couldn't get the internet to cooperate with me. So I improvised....and so far I'm not in great pain from doing 302 ab moves last night. LOL.
Weighed in this morning. I can see the weight on my body. Last night I stayed under 1790 calories. Taking each day at a time. This is my new normal.

All that ab work would make mine so sore that I wouldn't be able to move. I worked on abs a lot last week, but not like that. Great job on the exercise and your "new normal". :)

At least you're getting workouts in, that's great! My abs would be killing me. Keep up the good work!
