I did well until about 8:00 pm. That is when I began to have cravings and it was so hard not to give in. I was very happy that I was able to control it last night but think I may need to change my routine and maybe walk the dogs around this time, maybe that will help take my mind off wanting something to eat.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
