yikes :( Well the aunt is visiting and I just drank last night for Kristin's/Matt's bday and stayed out really late for the last 4 nights in a row straight so it has taken its toll. I also wasn't eating as much fresh veggies as I'd like (kale) so got some last night and want to focus on eating more salads. Getting my butt to the gym tonight and tomorrow night!
159.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
