Yeah! The scale didn't move all week until today, my weigh in day!! I haven't exercised like I should the last few days because my walking partner went out of town. Bad excuse, but it sure makes it more fun to exercise with a friend!!! I'm VERY happy with my loss so far, and I love all the KYWG challenge guidelines. I'm going to keep working it, doing my best!!!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
