was tempted by chocolate cake at a friend's house last night - oh my it looked so delicious - then I thought about having to enter it into my public diet diary here, and how the sugar would stall my progress and was able to choose wisely. My diet diary is like a confessional booth, lol.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1508 kcal Fat: 104.41g | Prot: 113.08g | Carb: 27.00g.   Breakfast: splenda, splenda, sugar free coffeemate, coffee, heavy cream, CARB SOLUTIONS. Lunch: celery, ham, cheese, pickapeppa sauce, cream cheese, egg. Dinner: butter, marie's blue cheese dressing, beef broth, steak, brocolli. Snacks/Other: butter, Butter Shortbread Cookies-Atkins, carb smart. more...
