Weekends are tough. Just started training to run a half marathon in April, so hopefully the exercise will help keep my weight in check. I also need to remember to drink more water.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
