I haven't been good at keeping any solid eating plan for the last few months and have stagnated a bit. I do feel I lost some fat and gained some muscle b/c I've since I started working out I plateaued for awhile even with dieting. I'm really ready to lose the last 25 lbs and have started a challenge to stick with it. I'd like to wear clothes that I feel less self conscious in. I'd like to not think about losing weight anymore! I gained 40 lbs with medication, and I've lost 25 of it. I no longer have trouble gaining weight now that I'm off the meds, but to lose it I have to really stick with a diet. I know about life style change and I agree; however my main reason for wt gain was meds not so much life style (I do pig out but I've been one of those lucky people that just gets medium not large). Now that I've been on meds I know what it's like to have a slow metabolism- and it's tough! I want to lose this last 25 (10 more than when I started) and get on with my life.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
