Not sure why weight went back up a pound, measurements also increased. Working to see a change next week.

have you started a new workout or just added exercise? Sometimes water retention on the muscles is a culprit for gains, especially in the early stages. If you've been sore at all, I would bet on that. Otherwise, you may be eating a food that disagrees with your system. Everybody has at least one food that the body just disagrees with.

It seems right now that I gain a pound I lose a pound. You will figure it out!
