I'm feeling tremendous relief at my weigh-in today. I'm back to 194. All the work I did was not wasted, and I'm in position to hit my one-week goal of weighing 193 on Tuesday. Just need to watch my food intake, continue to work out, and focus.

194.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
