Did a bit better yesterday had two drinks. Had a egg n cheese omelet for breakfast. Protein drink for lunch. Dinner two burgers one cheese on wheat bread. Still lost a little. Every ounce counts. No drinking today.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
