I really have not been following weight watchers. Originally, I intended to, but tracking everything proved to be too much right now. So, I've been recording the food I eat and my exercise in fat secret.com and just trying to keep my daily calories for now around 1500. So far, in 9 days I've dropped 12 pounds. I know that sounds extreme, but that's not unusual for me. I usually have a bg loss week one, then level out to 2-3 pounds per week. We'll see what this week's weigh-ins look like. So far, I haven't been hungry, and I have energy to exercise. I may need to adjust as I go along, but for now, it seems to be working.
