Was a little surprised by that number this morning. Seems like I am on a lose one week and gain the next week cycle. Since I gained this week I will have to be more careful this week and make sure I am tracking everything. I'll get there, it's a life journey.
171.1 lb Lost so far: 47.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
