Two things contributed to the big loss this week. First was that I had a small loss last week so my body would naturally have made up for it. Second is that I haven't been getting a lot of sleep (Kildayan is working 3rd shift) so I've been tired and just haven't been very hungry. Even though I made an effort to keep the calories up to what I had planned, they were a bit low a couple of days.
332.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
