I don't know what the deal was yesterday, except that I realized I hadn't taken any of my new (natural) weight loss pills, but I had no energy whatsoever from about 11am on. I even got to get off work an hour early and that didn't inspire me to "do" something. I tried, though. I puttered around in the garden a bit. However, I was tired and rather irritable with my 'energizer bunny' 2 yr. old. I did remember to take deep breaths, though, and not let my emotions/irritability control me!
I did manage to go to the health food store and get myself a medium sized bottle of wheatgrass powder. I must say, I really do think that stuff helps perk you up. I only used a teaspoon in a small amount of juice and was surprised at how much better I felt after a long day of the 'blahs'.
First thing this morning I took another dose. We'll see if that does the trick.
I did drop 1/2 pound yesterday! YAY!
Tonight veggies yuk and I will meet up at the pool for our Thursday night water aerobics! Can't wait! =)
230.5 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL Awe... the cyber pool meet,...lol NICE!! Have a terrific swim and good luck getting more energy w/the wheatgrass... I swear that costco had something like that, but could have been just an orange/carrot juice type thing. Have a GREAT day!

i am going to try the wheatgrass stuff this weekend...i have to find it...great job on the 1/2 pound...i am so jealous...i will see you at the pool tonight...i am going to stay for an extended session...have a great time...

Yep! I highly recommend trying the wheatgrass! I feel so much better from that teaspoon of wheatgrass compared to my usual morning cup of coffee! I feel "fresh and alive" this morning! =) I'm sure it helped to have my morning dose of "Joyce Meyer", too. I've been recording her 1/2 hour show each day and watching it first thing the following morning. So inspiring!
