Now that's more like it!
i started taking a probiotic 2 days ago and trying to drink 16 oz of water with lemon or lime juice first thing in the morning. yesterday i drank at least 100 oz of water through the day. if this is what makes the difference i will continue. course it helps that i didn't have alcohol or cake and cookies. :)
170.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
