1559 kcal Fat: 108.23g | Prot: 100.82g | Carb: 42.43g.   Breakfast: heavy whipping cream, heavy whipping cream, mini babybel, brewed coffee, brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , unsweetened almond milk , egg. Lunch: chicken breast, chicken leg, hard boiled egg, Dole Salad, tomato, steak, Yogurt ranch. Dinner: Miscl - add 1 carb, lemon jucie, lettuce, broccoli, pineapple, cantaloupe, ranch dressing, black olives, chicken, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other: brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream. more...
