1559 kcal Fat: 108.23g | Prot: 100.82g | Carb: 42.43g.   Breakfast: brewed coffee, mini babybel, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream, egg, brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream. Lunch: chicken breast, Dole Salad, Yogurt ranch, hard boiled egg, tomato, steak, chicken leg. Dinner: lemon jucie, Sour Cream, Miscl - add 1 carb, lettuce, broccoli, black olives, chicken, ranch dressing, pineapple, cantaloupe. Snacks/Other: brewed coffee, unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream. more...
