1559 kcal Fat: 108.23g | Prot: 100.82g | Carb: 42.43g.   Breakfast: egg, brewed coffee, brewed coffee, mini babybel, unsweetened almond milk , unsweetened almond milk , heavy whipping cream, heavy whipping cream. Lunch: chicken leg, steak, tomato, hard boiled egg, chicken breast, Yogurt ranch, Dole Salad. Dinner: black olives, Miscl - add 1 carb, broccoli, pineapple, chicken, ranch dressing, cantaloupe, lettuce, Sour Cream, lemon jucie. Snacks/Other: brewed coffee, heavy whipping cream, unsweetened almond milk . more...
