It is so hot. I can easily drink 2 liters of water a day - but I think I should be drinking more. I am going swimming tonight. That will cool me off and give me some exercise.

It is hard to eat 3 meals a day - it is just too hot. I am just drinking more.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
