Wow! had to do an update was shocked! Its good to see those grams going, must stay with it. Tempation to eat it, drink it (calories) and not do it (exercise) is high. Interesting to see how my cravings link to my physical (especially tired) and emotional ( grumpy cause im tired) needs. I hope to stay ahead and keep loosing. In nightgown b4bed
