Got heartburn and poor sleep last night.
Meals were a little thrown off but essentially ate everything I was supposed to.
Today I start seven day colon cleanse. Anticipating to lose more inches than pounds but really would like to get back to 230. Kind of disappointed that my first month of pills ended with almost a 4 pound game

Diet followed reasonably well.
