Joined 10-15 lb weight loss challenge. If I can lose 10-15 lbs, that will put me 1/2 way to my goal. I am optimistic.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
