Good workout this morning. 35 minutes of weights. I pushed myself a bit. Did 300 abdominal crunches which is double my normal amount. I increased the weights slightly on most machines.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did 75 crunches at the gym this week and thought I had really done something until I see you did 300! :) Great job!
