I gained 5 lbs over the holidays and a stressful event called me to seek comfort food. I am no longer in Weight Watchers but I remember the point system and it worked somewhat better for me last time I joined-my second time so I will use the tools I have learned from that and excercise. I am going to keep journaling all the food I eat during the day also and soon, get me a heart monitor to check my heart rate and total my calories up when I excercise. This will now be non stop..and a continual lifestyle for me. It is so hard being over 60. Weight just doesn't want to come off and I am like a teenager sometimes and have an addiction to fast food. I have to watch myself there. I have compared myself to the younger people that lose so much faster and find it so easy to give up for a few days. I am learning not to compare myself to others and easy and steady does it.My knees hurt, especially my left one from arthritis and yes, I know I need to lose weight and I will feel better there.So hard. I have been so close to the 200 lb mark and somehow I sabotage myself at that point when I want to see 200 so bad and keep going on.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
