That's amazing! I aspire for your seven pounds in two weeks! Congratulations. I'm glad to see someone who appreciates the fact that it makes them feel better overall (not just the weight loss). In response to your comment on my post, I wasn't really in a "pleateau" so to speak, I was just only losing like 1-2 pounds a week. But I wasn't excercising those first two weeks on the diet, this was the first week dieting AND excercise. So I figure probably one more week of that type of loss then it will go back down to one or two a week. But you inspired me to add the weight lifting so I credit you!
