I have been much worst on the same date in past years, but what the fuck I have been reasonably well with the diet but I am gaining weight. Solution go back to phase one induction. Get to the gym, what has been missing is you are not playing golf or walking.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up!! just cut your portion sizes down a bit, remember your body is now 26lbs lighter and doesn't need quite as much to sustain it now. Good luck!!
