Just moved. I think all of that stairclimbing and lifting and bending was good for me, even if my body is sore now. I really want to get fit, especially because I am at the bottom of a hill. I'd love to just run up the hill instead of driving to grocery stores or coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I think living here will make me even more determined to lose weight and get healthier and fitter.

Tonight I'm doing my first grocery shop and I want to start off with good foods. I want to save money, too, so will be cooking my dinner most nights as opposed to eating out. In fact, I want that to only be once or twice a month.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
