I took 2 gym classes last week plus a boxing class, then ran a few miles last night. Getting back on track with my eating and sleeping too. Feeling good :)9 weeks until Florida.
155.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.7 lb a week


Good to find someone who is high on her spirits for getting fit. The best thing is that you got to be motivated for getting that awesome figure and maintaining that healthy routine has to be taken care off.
