I can hardly believe it and I am having a hard time giving myself permission to actually be happy about the fact that I weigh 145.8 llbs as of NOW. South Beach Phase 1, I love you!

One more week to go. It is hard and I miss fruit-oh how I miss fruuuuuitttttt (wah!!). However, it's more than worth it to get these results....I feel positively giddy.

BEACH Tally today is a 5 as well. It's a good day :)
146.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh I know phase 1 is hard to stick too, but it is so worth it if you just stick with it 100%. Cheating on it really messes it up on the expected weight loss. Just one more week to go!! You are doing so great!! look at the drop in your chart for one week!! You can do the happy happy joy joy dance now!! you are now more than halfway to your goal!!

oh my gentle j-I didn't even notice being more than half way! I am so nervous about screwing up, I keep trying NOT to be happy in case it leads to a slippage involving a pasta sundae with margarita sauce.! And you Little Missy are doing great too! Again we are on the same track-I think there may be something to my separated at birth theory after all or perhaps it's the solar eclipse....

Awesome job! If you are missing fruit- as I always do on SBD phase 1, try having a glass of crystal lite peach tea! It's sooooo good, and it curbs my need for fruit! Keep up the great work!!

Don't worry about those weight fluc's (funny comment you made about what that rhym's with!) you know they are just sneaky devils trying to lead you astray!! Don't pay attention to them!! just keep doing the fantastic job that you are doing and it will happen for you!
