Ugh... I was sooo bad yesterday! I couldn't keep from snacking on things that I KNEW were bad (helloooo peanut butter and chocolate...). I didn't have time for a workout because my swim was rained out (I couldn't go for a run either because it was storming). I ate 3/4 of a personal pizza when I went out with my friends, and was happy that I didn't finish it. However, we ate at 9:00ish, and when I went to bed around midnight, my stomach was not happy with me. Alas, this morning my weight is up a bit. Hopefully it's just food weight, though.

I'm working a bit this morning, then hopefully swimming before I go sailing with my aunt. We're going out to dinner tonight, so I'm really going to try to practice some self-restraint!

Just curious how tall you are? 105.5 is sooooo tiny!! When I was 104 people accused me of being anorexic!!! And I'm only 5 3" You're a lot like me. I cave in to yummy P/B and chocolate ALL the time!!

mmmmmmmmmmm pizza!! I'm on a black-out right now...that's when I cannot have anything that tastes good! I gained 4 pounds on vaca, and now I have to pay the price to get it off! so...I'll have to live thru you for now!! :) mmmmmm pizza!!

Haha I cannot get away with pizza! My body seriously hated me. And today has already been bad in the p/b chocolate department... but I'm leaving the house soon so all should be ok until dinner, haha. I wish I had the willpower for a black-out! What kind of things do you eat during it?

I am 5'3" & 115, I am also curious how tall you are? I hear ya on having bad days!! I have had a WEEK of bad choices!! Just don't be too hard on yourself!!

If you like chocolate, you might try the ZonePerfect chocolate nutrition bars--they taste really chocolatey but are good for you.
