I did pretty well last week - went to the gym for the first time in eons and tried Zumba plus woke up early Saturday to do the full body workout then went for a jog at the park. I am still a little sore from that haha! But it will get easier.

My main messups - ate 2 pieces of margherita pizza friday at work (free lunch, hard to resist), ate 2 pieces of chocolate on Sunday from Sirisha (ouch) plus then some leftover peanut butter candied bacon ice cream Sunday night with Steve and not to mention Brewhouse burger on Saturday night. The key is to indulge in some of this stuff, but I think I overdid it.

Better luck this week! :) I cooked 5 chicken breasts last night and will stretch them throughout the week.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
