This is a week into the start of the New Year "2013"!!! I'm gonna take this very seriously to do my best to cut back on alot of bad foods, such as fast food, and carbs. Focus on loosing weight slowly but surely and thinking positive that I can do this!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.5 lb a week

Glad to see a serious person on here. I wasn't serious about losing weight for a long time and I never got anywhere. Now I'm serious about it and I've seen many results. I hope you get the best put of this challenge.
