233.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Team breakfast, then lunch with Brian. Could have picked something better for breakfast. Originally ordered a healthy low calorie omelet. Then switched to the full boat. Oh well. Lunch was higher calories than usual, but not too bad considering I at out. Dinner was fine. Could have gotten through the day with more limited damage if I had gone with a more reasonable breakfast.
