Proud of myself!!!!! In the 140's again!! aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh. So nice! I did it even though we went out Friday night and had pizza saturday night. :)
149.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
