Pretty good day, got called to work early to work as a CNA instead of my office so I got plenty of exercise.

This site told me to weigh in which I haven't recorded in two weeks because it is the same with only a few ounce difference. I put it in anyway.

It's raining again here in MO people are being evacuated for flooding in places. I feel so sorry for them. You might think you got it bad, but there is always someone worse off then you.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
