well - I'm still going in the wrong direction on the scale, but its definately starting to change. I'm in a lot better shape in terms of muscle tone and endurance, so no I just need a chance for my body to catch up hopefully. I'm making better bad choices, but I've really been craving junk lately and I'm having a tough time getting back into the habit of measuring and recording what I eat. :S

It was you who said "Better Bad Choices" I knew one of my buddies wrote it in there journal, I just couldn't remember who. I felt it was the best way to discribe the summer eating situation. Seeing the muscle tone is so cool! The other day I was pulling weeds and looked over at my arms Oh the muscles were showing...Now thats rewarding! Hang in there.
