I feel like I might be turning the corner with this constipation...... I took an epson salt bath last night and magnesium yesterday. I will repeat that today. Plus i haven't had a fresh salad in a while and that is my plan for lunch. This was day four of taking my GROSS fermented cod liver oil! No noticable changes in health. Looking forward to start moving back down the scale. I have 13 days to drop 3+ lbs. That is totally doable but I'm just getting a little anxious to see the scale move down again. I've been between 137-139 for a couple weeks.

I'm really looking forward to the goal.....in about 3-5 lbs i will weigh less than my husband. In the 13 years of us being together i have never wieghed less than him! When we met he was between 120 and 125. I was between 125-135. Then two months into our marriage I GAINED. Never to see the 130 again. Until NOW! He is sitting between 130-135. I know, wow he's such a fatty! So soon enough I will weigh less than my husband....the way it should be!!! I hope to never return! We are starting a swing dance class I'm excited to see how it helps me being lighter. I'm hoping that I can do some moves that I havn'r done in years.
137.9 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
