I received a fitbit for christmas and it is helping me keep track of my movement through the day. I was able to do 15,545 steps yesterday, 66 floors, 7.48 miles, and 2,144 calories (it includes the time on the treadmill and stairmaster). My best day!! I love that the fitbit wirelessly communicates with the website. This should really help me stay motivated!!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on getting the Fitbit! I picked up a FitZip (a little larger than Fitbit, doesn't track sleep) and I'm curious if the captured data can be included in my FatSecret account. I use the CalorieCounter app on my Android phone and would like to tie all those pieces together. Any idea if this works?
