I am happy to see a weight loss after last weeks gain. Also knowing that I am going to back to my regular schedule is good. However it shows me that if things are not normal I have to work a little harder to do what I need to do to take care of myself.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
