Low week again this week. I'll have to wait until next week to see how much I'm going to lose. Glad we watched a lot of Biggest Loser. It helps knowing that even people working out 6 hrs a day and eating a tightly monitored food plan still can have fluctuating high/low loss weeks.
337.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
