Lost about 4 pounds this week. Added in 2 runs this week, total of 6 miles. Still need to limit fun-size candy bars and keep health snacks readily available. Good job this week!
120.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
