So a bad cold and no working out, holidays...equals some weight gain...bummer, just got to get back on it. Happy New Year! Looking forward to 2013!New goal of losing 10 more pound plus the other 5 I gained :-)
165.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
