Yay! Another pound down. Now things are finally beginning to get back on the right track. At this rate, I'll be able to start 220's on Monday as I'd hoped. I'm ready to see the 230's GO!

I also sat down last night and made out menus for the next 2 weeks and I'm going to keep working on them until I have about a 6 week rotation. It's really not as hard to do as one would think. You still have your basic Chicken,pork,beef and fish but you can change what kind of chicken, pork, beef and fish each week so that you aren't just rinse and repeating everything. My father will be out of town for about 3 weeks so this gives me a chance to do a trial run on some recipes without having to worry if they are something that the rest of the family will eat or not. I can try them first then make a decision based on previous feedback.

Make the best decision for each moment even if there are bad decisions earlier in the day. Never surrender.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 102.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Rachel that is awesome!! You are so close to those 220's and I know you will be there quickly. That is great that you can do a trial run on the recipes; cannot wait to hear how they turned out.

Thank you ladies both for your support! I sure hope you didn't gain my lost pound this morning Elizabeth but if you did I'm sure you can get rid of it soon too. I am excited to be able to do a trial run on the recipes. I will gladly let you know how they go as I test them! One that I am excited to try is an induction friendly "waffle".
