I would love to know how stress and my period impact ketones. My reading this morning was Trace. I don't understand why it was so low. I have not cheated at all....but I did eat an Atkins snack bar (2 net carbs) and a bite of a low carb pasta. (5 net carbs per serving). Could that be the reason?
313.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 94.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The bars always put me out of ketosis!! Even though they are low in carbs. It's too bad, they're so yummy!!

I had a feeling that might be the reason. When I did Atkin's a few years ago, anytime I counted "net" carbs (allowing for fiber, etc) I wouldn't lose as much. I have to stick with straight carb counting for now. Maybe one day I can have a bar again :) Thanks Keri15.
