Down to a size 10 B-) I haven't been this lean since high school. I weighed myself fully clothed (snowpants, big hoodie, wool socks, shoes etc.) And deducted 5 for all the clothes. Not too worried about actual numbers. The 10s are now starting to be loose, and others have noticed and commented on the big difference. I feel great. It's nice to see the me I see on the outside too. A low maintenance lifestyle change was all I needed. I hope others can do for themselves as well.
