Thigh- 1
Arm- 0.5
Hip- 2.25
Waist- 1.5 (same)
Butt- 1.75 (gain)
Neck- 0.5
Chest- 1.75

Followed as well as I could while home. Typically not 6 meals a day in part because I didn't wake up until after 9. Also my waters were done waaaay later than 6- if I finished my gallon.

Ate more veggies and I think that helped (ESP with poop) so gonna try encorporating those more.

Worked out 3 times (walked once, 2 days i wedding dancing). Not sure what impact this had.

233.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 73.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
