I am now officially in the 180s. Time for another celebration. I've lost 23lb since joining FatSecret on May 26. I can't believe I struggled for almost a year with almost no results before this GREAT website. It is the motivation, the help when I am doing a diet wrong, and learning how to 'read labels' and understanding calories/carbs/fat that is making the difference. I think that writing it down is the secret to success
189.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 39.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
