Back to 154 from 153:

Banned excuse: I am not here to maintain, but to lose another 15 pounds or so.

Habit to break: Eating to maintain, instead of to diet!

I have 3 more weeks of challenge to succeeed in getting below 150!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 July 2008:
970 kcal Fat: 33.46g | Prot: 88.30g | Carb: 85.54g.   Breakfast: milk, Life Cereal. Lunch: Chicken Leg Meat (Broilers or Fryers) , brussel sprouts, sour cream, egg whites. Dinner: hummus, Chicken Dark Meat (Roasting) . Snacks/Other: south beach pudding, triscuits, crackers, carrot cake, laughing cow cheese. more...
gaining 2.3 lb a week

Hi Susie. There is a game-like quality to dieting: take it slow, listen to your body, watch yourself very carefully, meditate, center on the breath; and then, just break the bad habits. :-)

I am right there with you- a took a little break to "maintain " which turned out to be a "gaintain" and now I really want to lose the gain and achieve the original goal. WE CAN DO IT!! let's boot the 150's straight out the door!!!
