Boo. I've been exercising - but I guess not enough to off-set the extra holiday eating. Upping the exercise this week but eating through left-overs etc. Next week will start new diet plan.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
